COVID-19 RESPONSE

What we're doing to keep you safe

Rockingham Nissan is currently fully operational, however we recognise the severity of the COVID-19 outbreak. To continue providing our high levels of service and safety to our customers and team members, we have introduced the following measures.

Social Distancing

  • Our teams have been instructed to adhere to the federal government’s 1.5m of distance between each person. We ask that our customers observe this as well.
  • In test drive scenarios where this is not feasible an unaccompanied test drive will be offered.
  • Non-Contact Interaction
  • We are observing the federal governments advise for non-contact interaction. Our team will no longer shake hands out of respect for the safety of our customers and team.

Sanitisation

  • When visiting our dealership please utilize the hand sanitizer provided. If you cannot locate hand sanitizer please ask a team member for assistance. We ask that our customers adhere to the world health organisations advise of hand washing for a minimum of 20 seconds.
  • All vehicles which are made available for test drive are thoroughly sanitized after use.
  • All customers vehicle are sanitized before and after servicing at our service department.
  • All staff handling customers vehicle keys or money will wear gloves – this is for the safety of our team and our customers.

Online Service Booking

As a top priority, if you have a cough, sore throat, fever or shortness of breath we ask that in the interest of our staff and other customers that you DO NOT visit our dealership.
